Quests award XP when their requirements are verified. Your total XP determines your Gravity level and contributes to leaderboard progress. Some quests may require a level, prerequisite quest, wallet or campaign eligibility, and some remain unavailable until the related feature is enabled. XP is a Gravity progression unit. It is not cash and does not guarantee tokens or prizes.

Quests and XP
Daily quests can award XP once per day, weekly quests once per weekly window, monthly quests once per month, and approved one-time quests cannot be repeated. Daily resets currently use 00:00 UTC, so your local reset time may differ. Weekly windows follow Gravity's current UTC recurrence rules. The reset limits the XP award, not how often you may use Emorya.
It depends on the quest type. Quizzes may be retried. Rejected manual-review quests may allow you to resubmit clearer proof. Approved one-time quests cannot be repeated. Daily, weekly and monthly quests return in their next recurrence window. The quest card and its help text should explain which rule applies before you spend time preparing proof.
Only when a quest explicitly asks for manual proof. Some quests accept a screenshot, link or file for review, but Emorya-verified health and nutrition quests do not use a screenshot fallback. Complete those actions in Emorya, then use Sync Emorya Progress in Gravity. A failed sync does not turn an automated quest into a manual-review quest.
